BarbLock® Limited Warranty

BarbLock® products are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing at the time of shipment from the BarbLock® Corporation. If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship
by us, BarbLock® Corporation’s only obligation will be to replace the defective product, or at our option, refund the purchase price.

The customer must pay cost of shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the BarbLock® Corporation. We will not be responsible for defects caused by accidental damage, damage arising out
of use, misuse, abuse, alteration, using the device outside of specified operating parameters, or improper assembly. User assumes all other risks, including risk of injury, loss or damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of use, misuse, or inability to use any product supplied by the BarbLock® Corporation. Notice of a defective product must be given to the BarbLock® Corporation immediately upon discovery of such defect, but in no event more than 6 months following shipment by the BarbLock® Corporation. There are no warranties other than that expressly set forth herein.
The warranty is not transferable.
